What this site is.

This website describes the roofing work we do, the systems we install, and the towns we work in. It is published so you can decide whether to call us. None of it is an estimate for your roof, and none of it forms a contract between us.

We write the pages to be accurate and we correct them when something changes. Even so, a page is a general description of the work, and the roof on your house is a specific job with its own measurements, deck condition, and permit. The only document that describes your roof is the one we write for it.

The proposal you sign is the agreement.

Where the site talks about what a roof costs, what a system carries, or how long the work takes, it is describing the general case across Palm Beach County. Your project runs on the written proposal you sign. If the proposal and a page here disagree, the signed proposal governs.

That applies to the ranges published on our roof cost page, which move with the size of the roof and the material chosen, and it applies to anything said about paying over time on the financing page. Lending terms are written by the lender, in the lender's own paperwork, and we do not set them. Read that paperwork before you commit to anything.

Warranty terms come from the manufacturer.

When a page here summarizes what a shingle, tile, metal, or commercial system carries, that coverage is written by the product manufacturer. The manufacturer's own warranty document is the binding one, and its terms, exclusions, and transfer rules all live there rather than here. A summary on this site is a plain-language sketch of a longer document, offered so you know what to look for.

Several of these programs also carry conditions before coverage starts. Most require that a certified contractor install the system, and many take effect only once the roof has been registered with the manufacturer inside a stated window after the work is finished. Term length can depend on who owns the building too, so a single-family home and a commercial property under the same product sometimes end up with different coverage. We register what we install and hand you the paperwork, and from there the coverage runs on the manufacturer's terms. The breakdown by roof type sits on our certification page. Our own workmanship coverage is separate from any of it, and it is stated in your proposal.

Using the site.

Use this site to learn about our work and to reach us. Please do not republish our pages or photographs elsewhere, run automated scrapers against the site, attempt to interfere with how it runs, or send anything through our forms that you have no right to send.

If you write to us through the contact form, give us accurate details about the property and how to reach you. We schedule crews and order material against what you tell us, so a wrong address or a wrong phone number costs a real day of work.

The photographs and the words are ours.

The images, the written copy, the page layouts, and the Luxe Builder Group name and logo are our property, protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on this site grants a license to reuse them. Manufacturer names and product names that appear here belong to those manufacturers. If you want to use one of our photographs, write to us and ask.

Links to other websites.

Some pages link out to manufacturers, lenders, and local building departments. Those sites are run by other organizations, under their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we control neither what they publish nor how they handle anything you give them. A link from us does not mean we endorse everything on the other end of it, and once you leave this site you are covered by their rules rather than ours.

Where our responsibility ends.

This website is provided as is. We keep it current as best we can, and we still cannot promise that every page is error-free or that the site is reachable at every moment. Prices, availability, product lines, and manufacturer programs all change.

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Luxe Builder Group Inc is not responsible for losses that follow from relying on the general information here instead of on a written proposal, and it is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business. Work we actually perform is a different matter: that runs under the agreement you sign, which carries its own warranty and liability terms and is unaffected by this page. Nothing here limits any liability that the law says cannot be limited.

Florida law governs.

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Palm Beach County, Florida. If a court finds one part of this page unenforceable, the rest of it stays in effect.

Changes to this page.

We update this page when the business changes or the site does, and the effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after we post a change means the current version applies to you.
