Our Master Elite standing with GAF, a certification GAF grants to less than 2% of all roofing contractors, is what lets us register the Golden Pledge on a qualifying shingle roof: Lifetime material and workmanship terms, with the first 50 years on materials paid at full value. Those terms are written for single-family detached homes owned by individuals. Any other owner or building type is covered on GAF's separate commercial and multifamily document, on different terms. Tile and metal roofs carry their own warranty terms, which you receive with the quote.

The crew was on time and got the job done in two days with all required inspections completed along the way. The job site was cleaned well after both days of work.
