Our work includes flat roofs and roof coatings, and pitched roofs in standing seam metal, tile and shingle.
Flat roofs
We reroof flat and low-slope roofs and repair the ones already in place. A qualifying flat roof can carry a GAF guarantee with no dollar limit on covered repairs.
Roof coatings
Where a flat or low-slope roof is old but still sound, a coating can restore it. The coating is applied over the existing roof, with no tear-off.
Standing seam metal
A metal roof lasts 40 to 60 years in Florida. The standing seam panels we install on commercial and multifamily buildings are made from American steel.

On the roofs we install, we register the manufacturer's warranty for the owner.

The warranty on a roof depends on the system installed. A tile roof carries the tile manufacturer's own warranty.

Salt air off the Jupiter Inlet and the Loxahatchee River corrodes standard screws and flashing, so a coastal roof here gets rust-resistant hardware and factory-painted metal. We choose both by how close the roof sits to the water.
We file every roof we replace in Jupiter with the Town of Jupiter Building Department, and we carry the engineering paperwork through to the final wind-uplift certification.

Often, when the roof is old but still sound.
Restoration does not suit every roof. If the deck or the insulation underneath is wet, coating over it buys nothing.
Master Elite certification is the only way we can write you the Golden Pledge. That is the strongest shingle coverage GAF offers, and it is written for single-family detached homes.
Master Elite covers shingle work, and GAF re-checks us for it every year. Our metal and commercial work carry their own GAF certifications.
Most roofers back their own work. That promise lasts as long as the company does.
The Golden Pledge puts GAF behind the work and the materials. If something covered goes wrong, it is GAF's problem whether we are still here or not.
It runs for as long as you own the home, on a single-family detached house. Condos, townhomes and commercial buildings run on their own paperwork.
It moves with the material, and the answer for your roof comes after we measure it.
Square footage, pitch, the condition of the deck once we open it up, and how many layers come off set the rest. We itemize every quote so you can see which of those is driving your figure, and the deck repair is priced as its own line rather than buried in the total as a contingency.
Commercial and multi-building work is quoted per building after a walk.
On an oceanfront or Intracoastal property it usually is. Which metal you choose changes the answer, though, because the two we install are different products with different coverage.
Standing seam is formed from American sheet steel. It is the profile most of our coastal work uses.
The stamped TimberSteel™ system is the one carrying the GAF metal certification, and that certification is the only route to registering the ArmorPledge™ warranty: 50 years paid at full value on materials including tear-off, 30 on workmanship, 15 on wind with no maximum speed written into it, and a UL 2218 Class 4 impact rating, the highest a roof can earn. GAF sends its own trainers on site for a certified contractor's first two TimberSteel installations.
Four things decide it: the pitch and structure of the existing roof, what your HOA or architectural review will approve, how long you intend to own the property, and the look you want from the street.
We walk all four before recommending anything, and we will tell you when shingle is the right answer for the house.
Most house replacements run two to four days on site, weather permitting. Tile takes longer than shingle because every piece is set individually.
Commercial and multi-building work is scheduled around occupancy, so the timeline comes out of the access and staging conversation.
Either way you get the schedule in writing before we start and one named contact for the duration.
We pull the permit, schedule every inspection, and close it out.
An open roof permit surfaces years later at closing. We send the final inspection record the day it clears, for your file.
