Who runs Luxe.
Aaron Weiser started the company in 2015. He still runs it from 603 Commerce Way in Jupiter. Since then the crew has roofed commercial buildings, multi-family communities, and single-family homes. That work runs across the southeastern United States, and most of it is in Palm Beach County.
The crew is 30 people. Aaron pays for their training and their equipment.
76 percent of the work comes from referrals.
GAF lists Luxe as a Master Elite contractor, ID 1146129. Less than 2% of all roofing contractors hold that certification. GAF weighs a company's experience and its customer reviews before it grants one.
How a Luxe job runs.
Clean job sites
Tear-off goes straight to the trailer. Before the trucks pull out, we run a magnet sweep for dropped fasteners.
Communication
You get one point of contact, from estimate to final inspection. Ask a question and you get an answer inside 24 hours.
Licensed crews
State license CCC1335204 is on every contract. The crew on your roof works under it.
Property managers & HOAs
We handle inspections, maintenance plans, repairs, and full replacement proposals. That covers homes and commercial buildings. We write storm damage reports when a board needs one. The property management page has the program.
