Start where the problem is.

Most calls start with one of these five, and each one has its own page with the systems and the steps behind it.

Residential

Roof replacement and repair for houses

We install shingle, clay and concrete tile, and standing seam metal. Our shingle work carries GAF Master Elite standing, which GAF grants to fewer than 2% of all roofing contractors. We start with an inspection that shows what your roof really needs. Then we price repair against replacement and tell you which one we would pick.

Commercial

TPO, metal, tile, and shingle for commercial buildings

Offices, retail centers, warehouses, equestrian barns, and multi-unit buildings. Every system is built to the wind-uplift rules in the Florida Building Code. We plan the work so your building keeps running while the roof comes off.

Repair

Leaks and storm damage

Call when the ceiling stains or shingles land in the yard. We answer inside 24 hours, trace the water back to where it got in, and fix that. If the roof needs replacing instead, we say so and show you why.

Skylights

Skylight installation and replacement

New skylights, plus swaps for units that fog up or leak. A skylight is a hole in your roof, so we flash and seal ours as part of the roof itself. They get the same detail as every other opening in the deck.

Condo & HOA

One contact for every building you manage

We handle inspections, maintenance plans, repairs, storm damage reports, and replacement proposals. We do this for condo associations, HOAs, and property managers, on both homes and commercial buildings.

In Florida heat, a roof works as one system. These five jobs can ride along with a new roof, or stand on their own.

Gutters

Sized to Palm Beach County rain

This county gets 62 inches of rain a year on average, so we size every run to the water it has to carry. We form each run on site, in one unbroken length of .032 aluminum. Hidden brackets screw into your fascia, which we check for rot first. Then we run water through the gutters before the crew leaves.

Ventilation

Air in and air out, sized to your attic

A South Florida attic can pass 150 degrees on a summer afternoon, and that heat ages your deck glue and your shingle granules years early. We work out how much vent area your attic needs. We clear the soffit intakes that blown insulation so often blocks. Then we set exhaust vents rated for our wind zone.

Insulation

The R-value your attic actually delivers

Florida's energy code sets a minimum R-value for attics here, and soaked or compressed insulation loses its R-value long before it looks bad. So we air-seal the ceiling first, then bring the attic up to code and photograph the finished depth for your records.

Roof coating

Add years without a tear-off

On a structurally sound roof, a reflective coating adds years to the membrane and cuts what the building spends on cooling. Prep decides the result, so we run an infrared moisture scan before any product goes down. We measure the coating's thickness as we go, instead of guessing from coverage rates.

Energy efficiency

Seal, insulate, vent, then reflect

Order matters: air-seal the ceiling, bring the insulation to code, then balance the vents. The reflective surface goes on last. A cool-rated shingle over a leaky attic gives up most of its rating. We scope the whole job at once, and qualifying upgrades can run through Florida PACE financing.

The same four steps on every job, house or warehouse.

Planning

We meet you at the building, get on the roof, and walk through the options that fit it.

Design

We pick the system, the colors, and the install plan, and your quote is the whole number in writing.

Schedule

Once you approve, we set the date, pull the permit, and order the material.

Delivery

A Luxe supervisor checks the delivery on site before the crew starts. We leave the site clean when the roof is done.
