Get up on the roof and photograph it: the field, the flashings, the valleys, the penetrations, and the edge details where Palm Beach County roofs usually give out first.
What you get
The roof's condition in plain terms, and what, if anything, it needs. If that is a replacement, the written estimate follows. If it is nothing, we say so.

The company holds GAF Master Elite® certification, which covers residential shingle systems and is held by fewer than 2% of all roofing contractors in GAF's own words. Our metal and commercial work have separate certifications; tile has none, because GAF makes no tile product.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation to hire us afterwards. If the roof has years left in it, that is what the report says.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, because the questions get answered on the spot, but it is not required. We can walk the roof and send the report afterwards.
What if my roof is tile or metal?
We work all three systems. Tile and metal are most of what Palm Beach County has, and each one fails differently, so the inspection looks for different things depending on what is up there.
Will someone try to sell me a roof?
The person who comes out is a roofer. If the roof needs replacing we will tell you what that costs in writing, and if it does not, there is nothing to sell.
How soon can someone come out?

It is a manufacturer certification for residential shingle systems, held by fewer than 2% of all roofing contractors, which is how GAF itself puts it, and re-checked every year. Our metal and commercial work have their own certifications, and tile has none, because GAF makes no tile product.
